This tour is intended for intermediate-level skiers and above who are capable of skiing in ungroomed terrain and through tree runs.

For safety reasons, the guide reserves the right to deny participation (e.g., due to insufficient skills or improper equipment). In such cases, no refund will be issued. If you’re unsure about your ability, please consult us in advance.

The tour requires a minimum of 3 participants to operate.

Cancellations made for personal reasons after booking confirmation will incur a 100% cancellation fee from 30 days prior to the start date.

The tour itinerary may be changed or canceled due to weather or avalanche risk. If the tour is canceled before it begins for safety reasons, a partial refund of ¥20,350 per person will be issued. No refunds will be given once the tour has started.

Mountain or hiking insurance is required to join the backcountry tour. You must be covered for search and rescue costs. If you're not already insured, you can purchase a one-time policy through Bantei.

Please understand that in a natural mountain environment, unexpected events can occur. While guides do their best to predict and avoid danger, 100% safety cannot be guaranteed. All participants are expected to act with caution and take personal responsibility for their safety.

In the case of an accident or illness during the tour, guests may be asked to assist with rescue efforts. If another party in the area is in distress, the guide may prioritize rescue over continuing the tour.

In the event of injury, illness, or loss during the tour, the guide and organizers will not be held liable beyond emergency first aid and the scope of applicable insurance, unless there is clear evidence of gross negligence or intentional harm.
